Tan Soo Khoon

Mr Tan, a distinguished businessman, serves as a Non-Executive Director of LG Singapore since March 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Honours from the National University of Singapore. Mr Tan was a Member of the Singapore Parliament from 1976 to 2006, served as Speaker of Parliament from 1989 to 2001.
Since 2007, he has held the position of Singapore’s non-resident Ambassador to the Czech Republic. Mr Tan’s business acumen extends to private companies, including his chairmanship of watch distribution firms, Crystal Time (Singapore) Pte Ltd and Crystal Time (M) Sdn Bhd, since 1978. His past directorships include Parkson Retail Asia Limited. He holds memberships in professional bodies worldwide, showcasing his dedication to excellence and leadership in various domains.
